The development favours an organic layout similar to the medinas where a hierarchy of spaces and the creation of spatial ele- ments and varied volumes is possible. It relies on the contrast of light and shadow which takes into consideration natural elements (wind - sun - cold - rain) and creates the site's topography - the basis of the project
